Privacy Policy

What we collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address and a hashed version of your password. We do not store your password in plain text.
When you connect Telegram, we store your Telegram chat ID. When you subscribe to Pro, your LemonSqueezy customer ID is stored.
We log when signals are delivered to you (timestamp, channel, success/failure). This is used to avoid sending duplicate alerts.
How we use it
- To send trading signal alerts via email and Telegram
- To manage your subscription and plan
- To let you log into your account
- To send upgrade nudges (can be disabled from settings)
We do not sell your data. We do not share your email with third parties except as required to operate the service (Resend for email delivery, LemonSqueezy for billing).

- Neon — database hosting (EU/US regions, SOC2 compliant)

Data retention and deletion
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. This removes your email, password, and all personal identifiers. Signal delivery logs are anonymized (the FK reference is preserved but the personal data is wiped).
You can also unsubscribe from emails without deleting your account, using the link in any email footer.
Cookies
We use a single HTTP-only session cookie (trady_session) to keep you logged in. It expires after 30 days. No tracking cookies.
Your rights (GDPR)
You can request a copy of all data we hold about you, or request deletion, by emailing us or using the delete account feature in settings. We'll respond within 30 days.
