1. What Trady is
Trady is an algorithmic signal detection service. It scans market data and alerts you when certain technical indicators trigger (RSI, MACD, EMA crossovers, Bollinger Bands, volume spikes). Signals are informational only.
2. Not financial advice
Nothing Trady sends you constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Signals are based on technical indicators applied to historical price data. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. We are not liable for any financial losses incurred from acting on signals.
3. Account
You must be 18 or older to use Trady. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. One account per person.
4. Payments and subscriptions
Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy, who acts as Merchant of Record. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your LemonSqueezy customer portal. No refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
5. Service availability
We aim for high uptime but make no guarantees. Signals may be delayed or missed during downtime. Market data comes from third-party providers and may occasionally be incorrect or delayed. We are not liable for missed trading opportunities due to service interruption.
6. Acceptable use
You may not resell or redistribute signals without our permission. You may not use automated scrapers against our API beyond normal usage. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the service.
7. Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Disputes shall be resolved in Bulgarian courts, except where prohibited by local law.
